The heart of the people, the panache of the winemakers, and the nobility of the terroir come together in this great wine.

TERROIR

The vineyard is located on a plateau, situated on the heights of the village of Cassaigne, a historical and touristic gem in the Gers region, just 7 kilometers away from Condom. The property spans 28 hectares around the Château, including an exceptional 12-hectare area with exposed limestone, particularly well-suited for producing exceptional red wines.

TASTING

It boasts a beautiful deep purple color. The nose reveals complex aromas of black fruits, cinnamon, and vanilla. On the palate, the wine displays persistence with spicy notes and silky tannins.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING

Ideal with ribeye steak, duck tournedos with porcini mushrooms, and grilled lamb chops.
