Launched in September 2020, Yeun Elez is the result of the distillery’s foray into peated territories. The distillery offers a peated variation of the Armorik single malt: utilizing Scottish 50 ppm peated malted barley, water from their own source, and their artisanal know-how. This Breton Single Malt whisky has been meticulously distilled and matured to highlight its delicate, elegant, and fruity peat character.
Using the traditional pot stills, they strive to create an exceptional single malt that beautifully reflects the Breton character.
