Kurayoshi Distillery, nestled in the town of its namesake within Tottori prefecture, has been crafting Japanese spirits since as early as 1910. This micro-distillery has made a mark in the industry by producing an array of exquisite beverages, including Sake, shochu, and brandy, combining traditional techniques with innovative approaches.

Benefitting from its close proximity to Mount Daisen, the distillery has the privilege of sourcing fresh water from the bountiful snowfall of this majestic mountain. This pure water adds a distinctive element to their creations, contributing to the exceptional quality of their spirits.

The whiskies emanating from Kurayoshi Distillery have garnered significant acclaim from international competitions, impressing discerning judging panels and amassing numerous awards, especially in blind tastings known for their meticulous standards. However, due to their commitment to artisanal production, the distillery’s output remains limited, resulting in precious and rare stocks.

The San-In, a distinguished blended whiskey range hailing from Kurayoshi Distillery, is meticulously crafted with two distinct references.

Through careful barrel aging, The San-In Blended Japanese Whisky has acquired delightful vanilla and fruity notes, culminating in a lingering pear taste on the finish. Situated in the picturesque town of Kurayoshi within Tottori Prefecture, in western Japan, the distillery is surrounded by serene countryside, offering access to pure water sourced generously from the snowfall of the majestic Daisen Mountain range.

The region’s high annual temperature plays a crucial role in the whisky’s aging process, enhancing its flavors and complexity. Moreover, the pure underground water from Daisen Mountain contributes to the whisky’s smooth and mellow character, making it a delightful and refreshing experience for connoisseurs of fine spirits.
