Kilchoman Machir Bay Gift Pack with Two Tumblers 0.7l 46%

This gift pack contains a 70cl bottle of Machir Bay together with two Kilchoman branded tumblers. Named after the most spectacular beach on Islay, Machir Bay is the flagship of the Kilchoman range — a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry butts, with a predominantly ex-bourbon influence indicated on the cask influence graph on the front of the carton.

Lemon zest, vanilla and a distinct coastal influence open the nose, giving way to floral intensity, juicy peaches, pears and wafts of rich spice. The palate brings bursts of tropical fruit and dried sultanas, warming smoke and waves of honey, malt and butterscotch, while the finish is long, with sherry-soaked fruit, cracked black pepper and sea salt over layers of citrus sweetness and maritime peat smoke. Bottled at 46% without chill-filtration or added colouring.
