Scottish malt and Japanese malt are blended and aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels, then finished in a Japanese “Mizunara” oak cask with an additional 6 months of aging.
This whisky has a unique aroma and a relatively mild taste. It is characterized by sweet and fruity notes and a deep flavor that combines woody aromas with dried fruits.
Tasting Notes:
- Appearance: Golden.
- Nose: Soft and pleasant with cereal and fruity notes.
- Palate: Malty flavors, dried fruits, and delicate woody aromas thanks to the Mizunara cask finish. Well-balanced.
