To mark this rare milestone, Master Blender Michael Henry embarked on a collaboration with renowned Austrian photographer Stefan Sappert. Drawing inspiration from Stefan’s expertise and his traditional Victorian cameras, the presentation of this release is truly exceptional. As part of this exclusive collaboration, Stefan has created 250 silver on black glass plate photographs, capturing the scenic view from the banks of the River Clyde towards the original Littlemill distillery. Each photograph is a unique piece of art, signed and individually numbered.

The Littlemill 250th Anniversary box pays tribute to Stefan and the traditional photographic processes of the late 19th century. Delicate cuts in the crystal reflect the design of a camera lens aperture, capturing the essence of Littlemill’s rich 250-year history. Each decanter, expertly handblown by the craftsmen of Glencairn, is unique to the Littlemill 250th Anniversary Edition.

This exceptional Lowland malt whisky is a testament to its exceptional character. Distilled in 1976, it was personally selected by Michael Henry for a final six-month finish in first-fill Oloroso sherry hogsheads. The result is a delicately floral whisky with a silky-smooth mouthfeel. On the palate, enjoy notes of crème caramel and mouth-watering green fruits, followed by a long, warming embrace of ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg spices in the finish.
