Easterly aspect, topsoils are thin and the Chardonnay finds root in chalk at a lesser depth than elsewhere. Noted for it’s minerality.
A delicate yet persistent mousse reveals soft floral notes on the nose, accompanied by hints of almonds and fresh hazelnuts. This Champagne boasts superb structure and length on the palate, introducing white fruits that are perfectly balanced with a particularly pleasing minerality and subtle undertones of brioche and yeast.
