RED WINE CASK

The selection of ex-red wine casks for this chapter of the Elements series involved a meticulous sourcing from Israel’s most distinguished wineries. Drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean’s climatic nuances, diverse soil compositions, sun-drenched days, and cool nights, these casks uniquely infuse a spicy character into Israeli wine – a character seamlessly transferred to our whisky. The barrels chosen for the Elements Red Wine edition pay homage to the region’s terroir, resulting in a floral single malt harmonized with the essence of dark chocolate.

AROMA
Elevated aromas of red dried fruits are complemented by hints of ginger, oak, and an understated coconut bouquet that gracefully intermingle, leading to a faint trace of mineral perfume.

PALATE
Light and graceful in body. Wine-infused flavors elegantly enfold the palate, accompanied by nuanced oak and whispers of vanilla, followed by a delicate blossoming of floral notes.

FINISH
Moderate in duration. The allure of dried fruits and wine persists, culminating with a final embrace of dark raisins, leaving a lingering sense of satisfaction.
