On the nose, be greeted by the enticing aromas of buttery coconut creme brulee, peppermint ice cream, honeyed raisin nut bread, and delicate pickling spice, all beautifully intertwined. The supple, satiny entry leads to a dryish medium-full body, boasting intriguing accents of lemongrass, herbs, and cocoa. The finish is rounded, powerful, and elegantly reminiscent of creme Anglaise.
