The Champagne Monthuys belongs to the Baron family, which has owned and cultivated vineyards in the Champagne region since the 17th century. Initially, the entire harvest was sold to merchants in Epernay and Reims. In 1966, Mr. Gabriel Baron made the decision to vinify and produce their own champagne. The first bottles were sold directly from the cellar to individual customers and local restaurants. Over the years, the company continued to grow. Today, the family owns 38 hectares of vineyards and is established in the village of Charly sur Marne, in the eastern part of the Marne Valley.

After an initial fresh and elegant nose, this cuvée offers gourmet notes of peach and apricot pulp. The palate, well-balanced, is characterized by a complex sensation of roundness and freshness. Intense hints of apple and peach accompany this beautiful flavor balance. The finish is long and punctuated by subtle notes of dried fruits.
