Apple Brandy

The “Etoile” cuvée, named after one of the last active Paimpol fishing schooners, has undergone meticulous aging using oak barrels sourced from the Limousin forests, renowned for their aging qualities. This Fine Bretagne develops powerful and warm aromas, with notes of baked apple complemented by delicate woody undertones.

Color: Amber.

Nose: A beautiful complexity and intensity. Ripe apple combines with lilac and pepper in a harmonious balance.

Palate: An incredibly smooth initial taste. Roundness and sweetness persist throughout the tasting experience. The balance of apple, floral, and spice notes is present in an exceptional volume.

Finish: Remarkably long, characterized by a gentle and fruity sweetness. A slight bitterness invites you to take another sip.
