Description
A limited family treasure discovered recently in a small cellar of an estate located in Grande Champagne near Lignière-Sonneville. This “cask strength” reserve was collected in glass demijohns, at its fullness in 1962, having reached 41.5% after a long and slow evaporation. On the nose, it reveals its nobility, distinction, and complete character with floral aromas. On the palate, it impresses with its length, softness, balance, and clarity.
