Description
Distilled from organic winter wheat through multiple-column continuous distillation, then repeatedly redistilled to strip out impurities, and cut with Swedish water. EU organic certified and made in small batches.
Nose Clean and minerally, with grainy notes and a subtle hint of icing sugar — candy stick and a whisper of florals.
Palate Exceptionally clean and dry, cracked black pepper spice with faint nutty undertones and delicate aniseed.
Finish Dry, with subtle nutty brown-bread flavours followed by black pepper.
Znaps takes its name from snaps, the Swedish word for a shot of strong spirit, and is refined enough to be drunk neat.
