Tasting note: ruby red, full-bodied, a very complex nose that highlights dried fruit, black cherry, sweet spices and a touch of anise. This wine has extremely rich flavors, with a long, smooth finish and aftertaste. Well balanced, with good acidity, sweet oak and alcohol.
The result of drying the grapes for 3-5 months before pressing. What remains is a highly extracted fruit wine with 15% alcohol.
