From John Distilleries — the house behind the Paul John Indian single malts — Roulette Peated is a premium blended whisky of deep amber colour, bottled at 42.8%. Its signature smokiness comes from intense peat influence during the malting of select grains, giving depth without overpowering the palate. The nose is sweet and smoky with burnt sugar and fruit; the palate malty and gristy, carrying soft smoke and fruit alongside subtle honey and crisp apple drawn from its time in ex-bourbon casks. The finish is long, warm and lingering.
