Selected by Mr. DENIEUL DOR, this reserve is rare and exceptional due to its age and qualities. It constitutes a limited batch stored in a few demijohns. After more than half a century in casks, it was sealed under glass in a demijohn. Its alcohol content, 40% vol., is the result of very extended aging and corresponding evaporation. Its highly characteristic “rancio” flavor is highly sought after by connoisseurs. This flavor also serves as proof of its authenticity, illustrating its personality. This VIEILLE RÉSERVE N°9 is a part of A.E. DOR’s “Paradise,” alongside the famous very old Grandes Champagnes from the 19th century.
