Voted as the World’s Best Single Malt Whisky, our journey led us to the heart of Spain, where we meticulously crafted Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks exclusively for this creation. These casks, having held exceptional sherry and undergone a year of seasoning in Spain, found their way to our distillery to nurture our New-Make spirit into an exquisitely complex whisky.

AROMA
Eminent notes of rich red fruits take center stage, entwined with subtle oak, the aroma of caramel, and a refreshing hint of lemon.

PALATE
Medium-bodied and graceful. Delicate sherry sweetness brings forth an orchestra of light fruitiness, accompanied by luscious dark fruits and the indulgence of dark chocolate, followed by a gentle embrace of oak.

FINISH
Unfolds at length. Echoes of dark chocolate linger on the palate, joined by the evocative presence of tobacco and the comforting touch of oak notes.
