The Waypoint Series: A Tribute to Place and Discovery
Celebrating origin and a dedication to flavour exploration, The Waypoint Series captures a sense of place that continually inspires whisky creation. Each release pays homage to a natural landmark that helps define the character of the spirit.
The first edition honours the Falls of Falloch, a tranquil yet powerful waterfall located in the heart of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Known for its picturesque surroundings and dramatic water flow, this site has captivated generations of travellers who seek the beauty found beyond the well-trodden path.
This unpeated 16-year-old single malt is distilled in Swan Neck stills, matured in a combination of three ex-Bourbon American oak casks, and finished for 12 months in ex-Cognac barrels. The result is a whisky that reflects both depth and exploration—complex, layered, and evocative of its inspiration.
Crafted under the guidance of Master Distiller Michael Henry, this expression captures the harmony of flavour and place. A whisky shaped by thoughtful maturation and a finish that elevates its character, it serves as a fitting tribute to the natural wonder of the Falls of Falloch.
