HYDE no.10, an exceptional Single Cask, single malt whiskey that has undergone a distinctive finishing process within a Banyuls Grand Cru red wine cask. This remarkable cask is home to the renowned French sweet dessert wine crafted from 75% Grenache Gris red grapes hailing from the picturesque Côte Vermeille in the Pyrénées-Orientales region of France. Notably, Banyuls Grand Cru matures within white oak barrels for a minimum of 30 months before reaching its bottling stage.

Despite the cask’s capacity of 225 liters, a mere 60 bottles have been earmarked exclusively for the Irish market through the esteemed Celtic Whiskey Company.

Nose: A harmonious ensemble unfolds, comprising robust elements of vanilla, toasted oak, dried ginger, and marshmallow, all impeccably balanced.

Palate: Prominent American Oak characteristics take center stage, accompanied by subtle sweetness and robust accents of cereal and vanilla.
