About this bottle
Glencadam, in Brechin between Dundee and Aberdeen, is one of the last distilleries of the eastern Highlands. From time to time it releases a single cask from its own stock, usually between 25 and 35 years old.
This one is sherry butt no. 7455, filled in November 1989 and bottled in January 2018 without reduction. It gave 277 numbered glass decanters with glass-topped stoppers, each in its own gift box.
Taste it neat first, then add a few drops of water to open it up.
