Glen Scotia 15 YO Single Malt 0.7l 46%

About this bottle

Campbeltown’s whisky has maintained a longstanding and special relationship with Bourbon and American Oak casks. This traditional choice of wood beautifully complements Glen Scotia’s slow fermentation and small batch process, resulting in a whisky that boasts a well-balanced fruit character, luscious toffee sweetness, and a subtle background spice that defines our distinct expression. The Glen Scotia 15-year-old, with only a brief finish in Oloroso casks, allows all those classic regional traits to shine through, offering an authentic taste of Campbeltown. Tasting Notes:

Nose: Inviting aromas of citrus peels, accompanied by the enticing allure of ginger snap biscuits and baked fruits.

Taste: Plump fruits take the center stage, followed by a pleasantly surprising dry finish. The palate delights with notes of apricots, fruit salad, caramelized sugar, and oak.

Finish: The finish is enriched with warm spiciness, imparting a smooth honeyed texture, oak essence, and a gratifyingly dry conclusion.
