Faisant partie de la série Old & Rare Platinum de Hunter Laing, cet exceptionnel single cask single malt provient de la célèbre distillerie Ben Nevis. Distillé en 1991, ce whisky écossais a entamé un remarquable voyage de maturation de 31 ans, reposant gracieusement dans un fût de sherry oloroso. En 2022, il a été embouteillé avec art à sa pleine force de fût, en restant fidèle à son caractère naturel, sans ajout de colorants ou de filtration à froid.
