This process contributes to the creation of the distinct fruity characters that Loch Lomond has gained fame for. Distilled in 1973, the whisky has undergone maturation in American oak casks before being finished in a first-fill oloroso sherry cask, infusing it with a distinct sweet flavor. This exquisite whisky exhibits delightful notes of red apple, pear, tropical fruits, and honey. The aroma reveals enticing floral scents, followed by hints of orange blossom and melted brown sugar. Its finish is wonderfully prolonged, unfolding waves of warming cinnamon spice and tangy green fruits. Bottled at 42.2% ABV and non-chill filtered. The liquid is elegantly presented in a Loch Lomond premium bottle, featuring a debossed copper plaque, and enclosed within a meticulously crafted oak wood box, thoughtfully designed to mirror the appearance of the Loch Lomond straight neck pot stills. Only 200 individually numbered bottles have been released, elevating it to the status of one of the rarest expressions to date.  <\/p>\n<div class=\"flex flex-grow flex-col gap-3\">\n<div class=\"min-h-[20px] flex items-start overflow-x-auto whitespace-pre-wrap break-words flex-col gap-4\">\n<div class=\"markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert light\">\n<p>NOTES DE D\u00c9GUSTATION NEZ Exquis\u00e9ment floral, il d\u00e9voile des notes de fleur d&#8217;oranger et de ch\u00e8vrefeuille, compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par des ar\u00f4mes invitants de p\u00eache m\u00fbre et de sucre brun fondu. BOUCHE Une douceur mielleuse enchanteresse accueille le palais, suivie par la pr\u00e9sence d\u00e9licieuse de fruits du verger tels que la pomme rouge et la poire. L&#8217;intensit\u00e9 augmente ensuite, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant des saveurs de fruits tropicaux comme le melon et le kiwi, magnifiquement entrelac\u00e9es avec une touche rafra\u00eechissante d&#8217;agrumes de citron vert.
