Esta extraordinaria barrica alberga el famoso vino dulce de postre franc\u00e9s elaborado con un 75% de uvas tintas Grenache Gris procedentes de la pintoresca C\u00f4te Vermeille, en la regi\u00f3n francesa de los Pirineos Orientales. Banyuls Grand Cru madura en barricas de roble blanco durante un m\u00ednimo de 30 meses antes de ser embotellado. A pesar de su capacidad de 225 litros, s\u00f3lo 60 botellas se han destinado exclusivamente al mercado irland\u00e9s a trav\u00e9s de la prestigiosa Celtic Whiskey Company. Nariz: Se despliega un conjunto armonioso, compuesto por elementos robustos de vainilla, roble tostado, jengibre seco y malvavisco, todos ellos impecablemente equilibrados. Boca: Las caracter\u00edsticas prominentes del roble americano ocupan el centro del escenario, acompa\u00f1adas de una dulzura sutil y acentos robustos de cereal y vainilla.
