Terru\u00f1o: Suelos compuestos de arcilla y marga oxfordiana. Variedades: 80% manzanas agridulces 20% manzanas \u00e1cidas Cosecha: De septiembre a noviembre Alcohol: 42% ABV Elaboraci\u00f3n: Las manzanas se mezclan, se trituran y se prensan. El zumo de manzana se somete a una fermentaci\u00f3n completa para producir la sidra que se destilar\u00e1. La doble destilaci\u00f3n se produce seis meses despu\u00e9s del proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n de la sidra. La primera destilaci\u00f3n de la sidra produce un l\u00edquido de baja graduaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica, con un 30% ABV. Es la segunda destilaci\u00f3n de este l\u00edquido la que da lugar a la creaci\u00f3n del Calvados. Envejecimiento: M\u00ednimo quince a\u00f1os. En barricas de roble tostado de 400 litros. Embotellado por encargo. Degustaci\u00f3n: Aspecto: Golden color. Clear and bright, with a shining disc and beautiful legs. Nose: Powerful and intense, yet refined, complex, and without aggressiveness. Initial notes of wood and vanilla. Subsequent notes reveal florals and citrus (mandarins, oranges). Palate: A gentle, persistent, and intense eau-de-vie.
