Aquesta b\u00f3ta excepcional acull el reconegut vi dol\u00e7 franc\u00e8s de postres elaborat amb un 75% de ra\u00efm negre garnatxa gris provinent de la pintoresca Costa Vermeille a la regi\u00f3 francesa dels Pirineus Orientals. En particular, Banyuls Grand Cru madura en b\u00f3tes de roure blanc durant un m\u00ednim de 30 mesos abans d&#8217;arribar a la seva fase d&#8217;embotellament. Tot i la capacitat de la b\u00f3ta de 225 litres, nom\u00e9s 60 ampolles han estat destinades exclusivament al mercat irland\u00e8s a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;estimada Celtic Whisky Company. Nas: es desplega un conjunt harm\u00f2nic, que inclou elements robusts de vainilla, roure torrat, gingebre sec i malv\u00ed, tot impecablement equilibrat. Boca: Les caracter\u00edstiques destacades del roure americ\u00e0 prenen el protagonisme, acompanyades d&#8217;una dol\u00e7or subtil i accents robusts de cereal i vainilla.
