Terroir: S\u00f2ls composts per argila i marga d&#8217;Oxford. Varietats: 80% pomes agredoles 20% pomes agris Collita: De setembre a novembre Grau d&#8217;alcohol: 42% ABV Producci\u00f3: Les pomes es barregen, es trituren i es premsen. El suc de poma passa per una fermentaci\u00f3 completa per produir la sidra a destil\u00b7lar. La doble destil\u00b7laci\u00f3 es produeix sis mesos despr\u00e9s del proc\u00e9s de fermentaci\u00f3 de la sidra. La primera destil\u00b7laci\u00f3 de la sidra d\u00f3na un l\u00edquid baix en alcohol al 30% ABV. \u00c9s la segona destil\u00b7laci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest l\u00edquid que d\u00f3na lloc a la creaci\u00f3 de Calvados. Crian\u00e7a: M\u00ednim de quinze anys. En b\u00f3tes de roure torrat de 400 litres. Embotellat per comanda. Tast: Aspecte: Color daurat. Clar i brillant, amb un disc brillant i unes cames precioses. Nas: Potent i intens, per\u00f2 refinat, complex i sense agressivitat. Notes inicials de fusta i vainilla. Les notes posteriors revelen florals i c\u00edtrics (mandarines, taronges). Boca: una aigua-de-vie suau, persistent i intensa.
